Notice is hereby given that Nate Paul Flint, by and through his mother and next friend, Gina Rae Flint, has filed a Verified Petition for Change of Name in the Third Judicial District Court within and for Uinta County, Wyoming, praying that his name be changed to Nate Scot Brady.  Anyone having objections to such change must file the same in said Court within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication.

TAKE NOTICE that Bert Miller, Trustee of The James D. Pritchard Family Trust, dated April 22, 2011, of 301 N. Elm Street, Lyman, Uinta County, Wyoming, under and by virtue of Sections 29-7-101 to 29-7-106, Wyoming Statutes, 1977, as amended, claims a statutory lien upon and against one 1995 Skyline Mobile Home, VIN # 4P520904H, for debt due him in the total sum of $3,600.00 against said mobile home for storage costs, and taxes paid.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said mobile home will be offered for sale on the 4th day of August, 2022, at 301 N. Elm Street, Lyman, Uinta County, Wyoming, at 10:00 a.m., to satisfy said lien and collect costs and expenses incidental to said sale.

Uinta County is seeking proposals for installation of chain link fencing and gates at the Uinta County Jail located at 77 County Road 109. There will be a mandatory on on site tour of the project on 07/27/2022 at 10:00am.

Interested parties can pick up project notes and overhead view sheet from the Uinta County Courthouse (225 9th street) planning and zoning department desk prior to mandatory site tour.

Contractor will need to have all city and state licenses.

All proposals must be submitted before 08/1 0/2022

NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done, or any material furnished to, Kilgore Companies, LLC, DBA Lewis & Lewis, Inc. for Phase I - Civil Site Work - Avalon International Aluminum, LLC New Facility, Evanston, Wyoming.

You are hereby notified that City of Evanston, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming, 82930, has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between City of Evanston and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the Phase I - Civil Site Work - Avalon International Aluminum, LLC New Facility, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.

You are further notified that upon the 15th day of August, 2022, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said City of Evanston will pay Kilgore Companies, LLC, DBA Lewis & Lewis, Inc. the full amount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with City of Evanston prior to said 15th  day of August, 2022, same shall be waived.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6116, Wyoming Statutes, 1982. Dated this 5th day of July, 2022.
